This weeks assignment. April 16-24

1. Go on to Pearson Realize you will see after you have logged on the assignments (Remember click classes, then assignments). This week is Chapter 12 Lesson 2:Fiscal and Monetary Policy
with our Essential Question for this topic: "What is the proper role of government in the economy?" Such a great connection to what is currently going on with the pandemic.

2. Click here for the exit ticket so I can see your responses that you are learning and applying the Essential Question. (You will be able to edit your exit ticket after you submit it. I would suggest coping the questions down in a google doc and entering your responses before submitting your exit ticket for Chapter 12 lesson 2.

3. Be ready to discuss or have questions during our zoom meetings next week.

I hope you all are well. I know this is going to take some time to figure out and we will ease into learning this week. I also promise to record a "Louie story" and post it here on Wednesday. 2. I am going to assign by class period Chapter 12 section 1 "Types of Economic Systems" which aligns very well with what we are experiencing. This will be there once you login to the online textbook.We will work through this to get started.

3. Pay attention to the economics of the Covid-19 pandemic, so go look at your stocks and see how they are reacting based on political and social issues. We will examine this further.

4. Our goal is to continue learning with the state standards, I want to make sure that you are hitting the learning targets and able to answer essential questions. I will be making sure to track formative assessments through Google Forms which I will also link in for the day/weeks work.

Information for the students during the COVID Pandemic.

All, as we are in preparation for this distance learning we know there are going to be some bugs along the way.

3. Make sure you check this website for everything regarding the class. I will post on here primarily. Make sure you have this site bookmarked.

4. Please visit the site: zoom.com or download the app in the chrome store. This is a way to have class via video. I don't plan on using this often however I will be available for questions or concerns. I do plan on holding an initial one for the entire class for us to practice.
